Oak City Auto Detailing ("we," "us," or "our") provides mobile auto detailing in Raleigh, North Carolina and the surrounding Triangle area. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit oakcityautodetailing.com, request a quote, or book a service, and how we use and protect it.

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you request a quote, book online, or contact us, we may collect:

• Your name, phone number and email address
• Your service address (where we'll detail your vehicle)
• Vehicle details such as year, make, model and condition
• The services you're interested in, your appointment details and any notes or photos you send us
• Payment information when you pay for a service. Payments are processed by our booking and payment providers; we do not store full card numbers.

Information collected automatically. When you visit our website, we and our service providers may collect your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, the website or ad that referred you, and general location (such as city). If you arrive from an online ad, we may collect information about that ad click, including the ad, the search keyword and a click identifier.

How we use your information

We do not sell or share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in information with third parties for their marketing purposes.

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies, including tools from Google (Google Analytics, Google Ads and Google Tag Manager), to understand site traffic and to measure how our ads perform, for example whether a visit from an ad led to a booking or quote request. How long we keep information

We keep customer and service records for as long as needed to provide our services, keep accurate business and tax records, and resolve any issues. Quote requests that don't turn into appointments are kept only as long as reasonably needed to follow up.

We use reasonable safeguards and reputable service providers to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.

Our services are for adults. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
