Mobile Car Detailing in Apex, NC
We detail at your house in Apex — in the driveway, at the curb, or in a visitor space outside your building. Our van carries its own water and power, so you don't need to run a hose, find an outlet, or go anywhere. Most Apex jobs are booked for a weekday morning and finished before lunch.
What Triangle drivers say
What we actually detail in Apex
Apex books differently from the rest of the Triangle. Most of what we clean here are family crossovers and SUVs that live outside and haul kids, dogs and job-site gear — and a steady amount of work-truck cleaning for a local business. Here's an honest picture of the work, not a brochure.
Family SUVs and crossovers
The bulk of our Apex work: Subaru Foresters, Nissan Rogues, Honda Passports, Jeep Wranglers and Wagoneers, Toyota 4Runners, GMC Yukons. These are daily drivers with crumbs in the seat rails, muddy footwells and a cargo area that has carried everything. They respond best to a Full Detail.
Work trucks and small fleets
We clean work trucks in Apex on a repeat basis, including multiple trucks in one visit. If you run vehicles for a business here, we can do them back to back at one address, on one invoice, outside your working hours. Ask for a fleet quote rather than booking each truck separately.
Deep interior rescues
Some Apex jobs are not a tidy-up. Our largest here was a sedan interior that needed a full extraction, stain work and odor treatment across two rows — a job in the four figures, not the $200 range. If your interior is past the point of vacuuming, say so when you book and we'll quote it properly.
Weekend cars kept sharp
Apex also has cars that barely get driven and need the opposite treatment: paint decontamination, a clay bar and a sealant rather than an interior deep clean. A Luxury Detail or a standalone Exterior Detail suits those better, and we'd rather tell you that than sell you a package you don't need.
Walk the car before you pay
We don't ask for payment until you've looked over the vehicle and told us you're happy with it.
- You inspect the vehicle with the technician before any payment is taken.
- Anything you're not happy with gets corrected on the spot, that visit.
- If something surfaces later, tell us within 48 hours and we come back.
- Licensed and insured, with in-house technicians only — never subcontractors.
Packages and starting prices
Starting prices are for a coupe in average condition. Apex books a lot of SUVs and trucks, which sit above these figures — you'll see your exact price for your vehicle before you confirm, so nothing changes on the day.

Three steps, no hosting required
You don't need to be home for most of it, and you don't need to provide anything.
1. Book or get a quote
Pick a package and a time online, or send a few details and we'll come back with a price for your specific vehicle and its condition.
2. We arrive stocked
Your technician texts when they're on the way. The van carries its own water and power, so all we need is space to work around the vehicle — a driveway, a curb or a visitor space.
3. You check it, then you pay
We walk the vehicle with you when it's done. Payment happens after you're satisfied, not before, and you have 48 hours to flag anything we missed.

Tell us the vehicle and roughly what shape it's in. Pet hair, sand, spills and heavily soiled interiors take longer, so we price them honestly up front instead of surprising you on the day.

Detailing in Apex, answered
Still unsure? Send us the vehicle details and we'll give you a straight answer before you book anything.
Do you charge extra to come out to Apex?
No. Apex is inside our standard service area and there's no travel fee for either ZIP code. The price you see for your vehicle is the price wherever in Apex you are.
What does it cost for an SUV rather than a coupe?
Starting prices on this page are for a coupe in average condition. Sedans, SUVs and trucks each step up from there, because they take longer. Apex books a lot of three-row SUVs, and those sit at the upper end. Booking online shows you the exact figure for your vehicle before you confirm — there is no estimate that changes later.
Do I need to supply water or an outlet?
No. The van carries its own water tank and power. This matters in Apex's newer subdivisions, where the outdoor spigot is often on the far side of the house from where you park. We just need room to work around the vehicle.
Can you detail at an apartment or a townhome with no driveway?
Yes, as long as there's a parking space we can work around — a visitor spot, a surface lot or a wide curb is fine. Because we're self-contained there's nothing to plug in or connect, which is usually what management objects to. If your community has rules about contractors on site, check first and tell us what they need.
Do you clean work trucks or multiple vehicles for a business?
Yes, and we already do this in Apex on a repeat basis, including several trucks in a single visit. Request a quote rather than booking each vehicle separately, and tell us how many and what they are. We'll schedule them back to back at one address, on one invoice, and can work outside your business hours.
How long does it take, and do I need to be there?
A Mini-Interior runs about an hour and a half; a Full Detail on a family SUV is commonly three to four hours. You don't need to be present while we work — plenty of Apex customers leave the keys and go about their day — but we do need you at the end, because we walk the vehicle with you before taking payment.
My interior is genuinely bad. Is it too far gone?
Usually not. Our largest Apex job was a sedan that needed full extraction, stain work and odor treatment across both rows, and it came back. Jobs like that cost well above the package starting prices because they take most of a day. Say so when you request a quote, and send a photo if you can — we'd rather price it correctly than arrive and renegotiate.
What about pet hair and sand?
Both cost extra, because both are slow. Embedded pet hair in carpet and seat fabric has to be lifted before anything can be extracted, and sand works its way into seat rails and trim gaps. Neither is a problem, but mention it when you book so the time is allowed for.
What happens if it rains?
Interior work goes ahead regardless. For exterior work we'll call and move you to the next suitable slot rather than rush a job that won't look right. There's no charge for a weather reschedule.
What if I'm not happy with it?
Tell the technician before you pay, and it gets fixed on the spot. If something only shows up once the car dries or you're back in daylight, contact us within 48 hours and we'll come back out. You're never asked to pay for work you haven't inspected.
