Hand Car Wash In Raleigh| The Process

Wheel Cleaning:

We always clean the wheels first because they are the most dirty part of the vehicle and we do not want dirt getting on the paint after we have washed the car. To start we use a degreaser to knock off the majority of the dirt. After we let it sit for about a minute we rinse it off and rinse off the wheel wells. Then we spray a wheel cleaner and scrub the wheel with multiple brushes ( Tire brush, wheel barrel brush, detail brush, wheel face brush) to get into every crevice. Then we dry the wheels with a blower to prevent water spotting and apply a tire dressing.

Pre-Rinse And Pre-Wash:

Next, we wet the vehicle with our pressure washer and apply a degreaser if the car is not ceramic coated. If it is we will use a ceramic coating-safe pre-wash. Then we will rinse the product off along with tons of dirt and debris. This makes sure we do not have dirt or debris on the paint so when we do our contact wash we will not be creating any scratches or marring.

Contact Wash:

For our contact wash, we use microfiber towels to ensure a scratch-free shine. We also use a PH-neutral soap to ensure we are gentle on your vehicle’s paint. First we use a foam cannon to apply a generous amount of soap to the vehicle. Then we use our microfiber towels to wash the car, flipping to a new side after each panel. After we are done washing the car, we rinse the soap off.

Drying The Car:

Next, we dry the car using microfiber drying towels and an electric blower for tight areas, such as the grille and the wheels. This ensures that there are no water spots on the vehicle after your wash.

Factors Of Price For The Premium Wash:

As mentioned in this blog, there are three factors to the price of your detail. The size of your vehicle, the condition of your vehicle, and the package chosen. In this blog, we will just be focusing on the size and condition as you are interested in choosing the Premium Wash. On all of our service pages ( for example our Wash And Wax page), there is a price range for a small, medium, and large vehicle. The condition affects which side of that price range you will be charged. The more dirty the car, the more time it takes, the more we charge. The cleaner the car, the less time it takes, the less we charge.
